WHAT IS THE MAGES GUILD

It is one of the 4 major guilds in ESO, an NPC organization dedicated to magical advancement

and providing a special Mages Guild skill line

HOW TO JOIN

Go to the mage's guildhall in any big city of your faction and get the starting quest from the magister called Curinure (AD), Nemarc (DC) or Rudrasa (EP) to start the guild questline.

HOW TO LEVEL

You can complete guild quests, but easiest way is to just collect Lorebooks all over Tamriel

using an addon to show the Lorebook locations makes it a lot easier.
