WHAT IS THE PSIJIC ORDER

It is a NPC organization of a DLC guild added with the Summerset Chapter, special mages with residence in Artaeum, providing a special Psijic Order skill line

HOW TO JOIN

Summerset Chapter is required to be able to join the Psijic Order

you can start the questline outside of Shimmerine at the wayshrine at the NPC, the quest will lead you to Artaeum in the end or you start directly in Artaeum in the Ceporah Tower at Loremaster Celarus and take the quest: Psijic Calling.

HOW TO LEVEL

Complete the questline, close time breaches all over Tamriel, the questline will lead you to different maps and always back to Artaeum inbetween
