Who We Are

SILENT POWER is a social guild, means we like to communicate and group up as guild to have fun and do all kinds of ESO content together.
Our aim is to bring players together into a friendly community where they enjoy to learn and progress together, get to known each others play-style and have successful teams for all kind of content instead of pug groups and to grow together as guild in general.
Most of our members are age 20-50, mostly students or working people with families and real life which always comes first, so at the end of the day when we all log on we like to have fun and have a great time!
We are a NON-RP (Roleplay) guild!

What do we offer

We do all kinds of ESO content in PvE like random, normal and vet dungeons, Undaunted pledges, xp farm, monster and gear set farm, trials, quests, ESO events, skyshard, delve or dolmen farms, fishing, world-bosses and more.
We offer training and support for parses, builds, trials and progress continuously to go for challenges.
In PVP some do Battlegrounds and we have weekly Guild Cyrodiil Events (Ebonheart Pact only) just for fun! If you don't have an EP character then just make one and lvl to at least 10, then you can start to join in the fun!
We have Grand-Master-Crafters, max CP veteran guild-members who can assist with build tips and 2 huge guildhalls (leader primaries): one CRAFTING GUILDHALL filled with ALL set crafting stations, ALL Mundus, transmutation and outfit station, trial and other dummies and a training arena (officer primary) to work on your rotations, plus many chill areas in and outside to smoke a skooma or just to relax on our tropical island.

Requirements to join

Age 18+ We do not invite kids into guild. Main reason is to avoid unnecessary childish 24/7 spams in our discord and guildchats
Be active WITH your guildies, don't just log everyday but then be alone or only do stuff with other people all the time, don't be a ghost in guild, we dont want just numbers
Join our discord board, mostly to be able to read all guild announcements, info and polls, and to join voice-chats to listen to tactics in events, trials or dungeon groups, if you want you can talk but you don't have to

What we are looking for

We are looking for active players that want to integrate and really be a part of our social guild.
Being active doesn't mean to be a 24/7 game addict, it just means to play on a sort of daily basis or at least 3-4 times a week, maybe for 1-2 hours as example, to communicate on discord, to build teams together in guild-chat, join in on weekly events or spontaneous dungeon runs or trials, to group up for quests or mapping, skyshard farms or eso events or just to help out in guild if anyone needs a hand.
We accept all kind of players, newbies and eso beginners same as veterans, we like the mix of endgame content with leveling new characters and to integrate new players.
Our main focus is to have fun together. We believe that everyone can learn and have fun progressing together. Every pro member in guild can assist and be helpful with tips, answering questions, teaching some first dungeon tactics etc. The mix keeps the guild alive and can help to avoid that the game becomes boring. Always be fair and respectful, friendly and helpful to your guild-members.

WHAT WE DON'T WANT

We don't accept elitism, arrogant or rude behavior in guild.
If you re new to the guild and a new player to the game over all, then please be patient. Use the guides we offer on our website and really READ into it before you spam the guild with your repeating questions. We don't mind helping or answering questions but there is a lot of basic knowledge that our guides already offer and this avoids for our other members to have to answer the same questions over and over again.
Don't abuse your guild-members only to help you progress fast. You can always ask if you need help with something but you should not spam for it or expect everyone to come running immediately just because you logged on and wanna kill a WB.
We encourage our members to ask in guild-chat and discord first for teams, but if all are busy then you should pug or queue.
Being in a social guild offers you the possibility to profit from the knowledge and help of the others but that does not always mean that everyone is obliged to help you immediately. If our members are busy doing something else then go with pug teams either or do harder content later at a different time when more guildies have time to join in. We offer request channels for gear same as for groups for harder content, it is much easier to find a team when you can arrange a time together upfront.
Don't beg for gold or try to make guild-members gift you in-game items.
Don't abuse our master-crafters, if someone wants to give you something for free then its their choice. But you can still pay back by helping this person in other ways: doing needed farm runs together as example.
A balance of giving and getting keeps social communities alive.
Always treat others the way you want them to treat yourself.

Silent Power Guild Rules

Our Guild is for adults that are ages 18+. This is to create a comfortable environment for everyone to play in without the worry of childish actions or being poor influence on the younger generation.
Use Discord for information, helpful links and communication. Setting up a mic to take part in the chat is useful, especially for guild activities and dungeon runs, but it’s not a must. Listening to the call outs or instructions are very helpful though, if you don’t have a mic but you want to listen just join the call, talking is not required.
Be respectful to your fellow guild-mates. This guild is a family, get to know each other, use discord, team up and interact with each other.
Don’t be a ghost, too long inactivity can lead to being kicked. Ghosts are people who join a guild but don’t talk to anyone or interact with anyone at all. We can’t force you to be social or to talk to your fellow guild members but joining this guild is not just to take up a guild spot. This guild is for becoming part of something much bigger and to enjoy a true family like experience while playing ESO!
No begging for gold, materials, gear or anything else If you sell something to a guildy make sure the price is lower than at the guild traders, no rip offs or trying to make other members gift you something. If you need help you can always ask for it, but don't try to abuse the kindness of other guild-members. Helping guild-mates can help you out in the long run.
No elitism in the guild, no matter which rank you are. Help and respect all your guild-mates same way. We are all people, treat everyone like one.
No politics, religious or in any way discriminating talks. Respect everyone's personal views, opinions and privacy.
No inappropriate posts or chats in guild.
No verbal attacks on any guild-members, if you got a problem with anyone, talk to someone with the role (Leader, Officer) and take it to the private chat. If our leaders are on, speak to them about any concerns you may have. Don’t be one of those people who bundles everything inside them and then does something irrational in the end, communication is key.
Always ask for Dungeon groups and any groups you need in guild-chat first. We want everyone in our guild to work together and not do (Pug) groups all the time. Always ask in-game in the guild-chat first and here on discord #main-chat , and if you can't find someone then you can random que if needed. Working and building relationships with Guildies is what it's all about and having fun together.
Last but not least… HAVE FUN IN THE GUILD! Everything you just read above isn’t meant to scare you away or to make it seem like we got a lot of rules or anything. Everything you just read is what most MMO Guilds general guidelines typically follow. This guild is truly like family. The only way we can have a great guild is to have a really good group of active people to play with that is involved and participating in one way or another. Some people are laid back and chill, others are more outspoken, it doesn’t matter as long as you are involved and respectful to others, that’s all we care about.

Officer - lead guild events, strengthen the interaction of guildies
Deputy - offer smaller event, help with gear farms and monster sets
Veteran - members who are CP 700+ and are experienced
Explorer - members who have reached CP 300+
Members - people who are part of the guild and interactive & involve
Recruit - every new guild member will start off as a recruit, no matter which level or CP you have when you join. Guild interaction and activity will influence promotions over time.
