WHAT IS THE THIEVES GUILD

It was added with the DLC in ESO as a NPC association, a group of thieves in Hew's Bane

providing a special Thieves Guild skill line

HOW TO JOIN

Open your ingame DLC tab and start the guild quest: Partners in crime

or go to any Outlaw's refuge and speak to Quen to start the guild questline.

HOW TO LEVEL

You gain reputation by completing quests, stealing and recover stolen treasures.
