It is an NPC organization of hired fighters, providing a special Fighters Guild skill line

HOW TO JOIN

Each bigger city has a fighters guild guildhall, where you can pick up the starting quest

HOW TO LEVEL

Destroy Dark Anchors, kill Undead and Deadra mobs.
Dolmen farm and dungeons are a good way to level your fighters skills.
